How can Landlords still be ignoring these type of issues? Completed a survey on a property yesterday with a young family living in rooms full of mould. Even the mattresses and quilts had mould spores. How is this still happening. Thankfully the majority of Landlords are great people who sort problems as soon as they arise. This LL is choosing to ignore what is blatantly a health hazard.
