Why keep using it?

So you remove tiles, re-grout and re-silicone and then leave a sign on the cubicle door saying "Please do not use the shower for 48 hours". You'd think that'd be the end of the issue, nope. This tenant had a shower on returning, the grout was dislodged and the silicone was wiped away. They then noticed the water dripping through the ceiling downstairs onto the carpet.
The tenant reported the issue but continued using the shower cubicle. The damage now means the original repairs must be done again and the ceiling and walls downstairs repaired, primed and painted. What can you do without physically sealing the en-suite door when the tenants don't listen or care about your property?
